Holiday Tips for Bali?
okay so me and 4 mates are planning on going to bali for 1 week and staying at The Bounty hotel in Kuta from the 2nd September- 9th. Iv never been to any other countries apart from Australia and NZ (currently in Aus.)
So any tips, warnings, must see places you know of? Any info would be great:)
The typical sight seeing places will be like the Kintamani volcano, Tanah lot (temple/market where you see beautiful sunset) . Do hire a driver for a day (about USD50+ for 8-10 hour) if you want to go to these places. Its about a 2-3 hours drive from Kuta.You can cramp in another stop over probably at Ubud (paddy field and places selling local craft) to maximize the day.
Kuta itself has no lack of clubs. Just walk around and take your pick but do be mindful of your surrounding. After all, that was where the bombing took place.
Currency wise, just bring a small amount of Indonesia Rupiah in case you want to buy stuff in small shops where they don’t accept USD though most of the places do.
