I mostly cruise lines offering teen clubs but thewre is one I found in Dominican Republic as well as Barbados.

Teen Club Room for ages 12 years and upwards with a library, table tennis, DVD player, PlayStation® 2, computer, board and card games. The Pajama Club meets once a week from 6.00pm until 9.00pm, so the grown-ups can enjoy dinner on their own!
