The Park hotel, Empress Chiang Mai, Diamond Riverside & The Chedi hotel, which one should I choose for 3Nites?

Budget is within THB2500 per night and would prefer to go for 3-4 * hotels. Area within Ping river and Night Bazaar. Group of 6 pax.

I have not stayed at The Park Hotel nor Empress Chiang Mai, but avoid Diamond Riverside. It is not what you see in the website. I stayed there last May and the pictures that is in the website was 10 years ago as I was told. The hotel needs to be renovate and a major make over soon. I would suggest on Orchid Hotel.
