Archeological remainings in the two Turkish islands in Aegeum?

Are there any known archeological remainings or excavations that are taking place there?
In Greece, Limnos is the most important place that help us contract a part of the Prehellenic/Prehistoric period in the region.
Are there similar evidences known from the turkish islands of the same region?

Recently archeologists found in Lemnos the most ancient Aegean settlement, they say, dating back to 14.000 BC.

Please, don’t bother to answer ‘why should we care about Prehistorics’ and ‘pfff…what are you telling us now’.

There have been recent excavations of a tumulus on Gokceada, see here:

I can’t find any sign of excavations on Bozcaada on the net.
I too would be interested to know of any archaeological evidence of prehistoric occupation.
