tahiti village las vegas??

So my family and I r considering a vacation to tahiti village in vegas. I have read reviews n seen images of this resort… the only problem is that its those timeshare resort places. Now the deal is that i get 2 stay there for about $60 a night if i stay there for 3 nights…….. and again this is a ex-timeshare resort place. So my questions are: 1) Is it worth it to stay? 2) do u think that there is a catch underneath this deal? 3) can u tell me if the service there is good? 4) can u tell me ur experience(s) if u have stay at this resort?

I have never stayed there. I go to Vegas a lot and have seen it. And have heard about it. Their commercials claim they are a 4-star (or 5-star resort, I can’t remember which ), it’s NOT. It’s probably a 2-star along the Tropicana. It’s also on the Las Vegas Blvd but not on the Las Vegas Strip (it’s on the same strip as the strip but a few miles before the strip actually starts). There is really nothing around it except a couple of fast food restaurants.
1) it’s that all you can afford, but if you can get the same rate at the Tropicana or somewhere else, that is probably a better “deal”.
2) No catch except they are going to add on Vegas hotel taxes, etc which you will get anywhere. They have empty rooms that they need to fill. There is very little incentive for people to stay here, so a cheap room is the way to go.
