How many days of vacations a regular employer gives in Australians jobs?

I´m planning to migrate to Australia but I wonder how many days of vacations (holidays) will an employer gives me so i could come back and visit my family in my country of origin.

Usually 4 weeks (20 days) of leave a year.

Depending on your bargaining power you could negotiate more into your contract but that’s pretty rare … you’d need to be pretty good at your job to have any bargaining power.
